Terms and Conditions

Check in

Rooms will be available from 14:00 on day of arrival.

Check out

Rooms to be vacated by 10:00, if late departure is required, a fee of £20 will be charged until 12:00 and full room rate will be charged after this time, subject to availability .

Booking Policy

£20 per room per night non-refundable deposit is required to secure a room on booking.

Cancellation Policy

Over 1 week prior to arrival - deposit only.

3 - 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of full reservation tariff.

Under 3 days prior to arrival - 100% of full reservation tariff.

The hotel reserves the right to take any unpaid tariff in full from the original card used to pay the deposit in the event of cancellation, the hotel will notify of any such charges incurred.

Children

Children are welcome, however under 18’s are not allowed in the public bar.  Children are allowed in the lounge area until 20:00 accompanied by a responsible adult.

Pets

Pets are not allowed within the hotel or bar.

Accepted Cards

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
